Biometric Analysis

Your Biometric analysis includes a complete body composition measured using state of the art bio impedance analysis. We use the InBody body composition analyzer which is the same machine being utilized in the weight loss and bariatric centers of many of the top hospitals including Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, John’s Hopkins, New York Presbyterian and NYU Langone Medical Center.

With this technology we are able to precisely measure your percent body fat, percent muscle (broken down by body segments), visceral fat (which is a major determinant of chronic disease risk), total body water and body water ratio, BMI and BMR.

Periodic measurements reveal the trending history and enable us to fine tune your dietary and exercise recommendations based on your individual response to treatment.

In Functional Medicine our focus is on teaching and empowering you with the information and skills needed to adjust and maintain your lifestyle to facilitate healing. Because this often requires time and the formation of new habits we offer individual coaching designed to help facilitate your successful transition.

Our True Health Annual Membership includes six 30-minute coaching sessions which can be used at your convenience throughout the life of your membership. There is also an option to purchase additional ongoing coaching which we highly recommend.

All memberships also include access to our online community that provides ongoing dialog between fellow members as well as staff and provides members with an opportunity to learn from each other’s experience and support one another.
